Developing novel, high-affinity fluorescent Nanosensors for monitoring Protein Kinase activity, biochemically an in living cells. This technology is applicable in the following areas: 1) Drug-Discovery, 2) Proteomics (Target & Substrate Identification), and 3) Clinical Diagnostics.
