Mission Operation Control Room (MOCR) is a room with facilities for monitoring flight test activities. It is located at 9th floor (MOCR 1) and 8th floor (MOCR 2) in Flight Test Center Tower.

MOCR consists of a set of equipment that was designed to support flight test activities. In general, it consists of computers and strip chart recorders for data monitoring, video display systems for video monitoring, voice communication for communication between MOCR and aircrews, hard copy units for data reporting, and computer network to link all of the computers and printers.

During flight testing, there are users sit in front of display monitors and they are lead by a Mission Director (MIDO). During test, only MIDO communicates directly to the pilot or aircrew. Users are communicating with MIDO to discuss aspects of the test. In some cases, users are allowed to communicate directly to pilot or aircrew. There are two groups of users, controllers and specialists.

Controller is a leader of a specific group of specialists; there are several groups of users in MOCR:

There is also another group of users, which has no direct relation with the test, which is observer. MOCR is operated and maintained by a set of MOCR crew, which is responsible to keep MOCR healthy and ready.
