Here is another picture of the KC-135, only this is an R model. Note the larger high-bypass fan engines. The aircraft it is refueling is the F-22 Raptor. This particular Raptor was on it way to Edwards AFB. If you look on the belly of the -135 you will notice a yellow stripe. This is for the aircraft it is refueling to line up with the refueling boom.

Well, yes, but I grew up a Navy brat! If you want to see more stuff about the navy click on this link; www.navy.mil There is lots of good information and recruiting info just in case your interested! |

The 777-200. I can't begin to tell you how impressive this aircraft is. I got a chance to examine the 777 when it came to Philadelphia International. It was painted with the British Airways scheme, and it looked fantastic. The reason it was in Philly is because we have a Boeing plant in the area, and the airport employees and the Boeing faculty got to tour the airplane. Just to give you an idea of the size of this thing, the diameter of one of the engines is the same diameter as the fuselage of a 737-200!! Wow! For more info on the triple 7 or any Boeing aircraft, go to www.boeing.com.
