John Palmer

John Palmer is a senior system engineering manager where he designs and deploys force protection systems. Mr. Palmer, a former United States Marine, graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a bachelors of science in business management information systems. Mr. Palmer also served as the system engineering lead of GCSS-Army (F/T), lead architect of Army Knowledge Online (AKO), senior network planner for DreamWorks SKG, and was a senior consultant in Ernst and Young LLP Center for Technology Excellence.

Widely read and widely traveled, Mr. Palmer has a fascination with physical security and the changing asymmetric threat. As a hobby, he is designing a “serious game” to explore potential attack vectors against existing physical security designs.
