Information on the Centaur / RL-10 Failure Investigation and Return to Flight:
The launch of Terra has been delayed due to a problem with the Pratt & Whitney RL-10 upper stage engine on another mission.
The problem has been investigated and the Terra launch vehicle has been cleared for flight.
