- Totally isolate the receiver from the servos - Lighter installation because of the signal copper wire being eleminated. - Prevents a bad servo from feeding back into the receiver. - Eleminate the long signal wire which is susceptible to glitches. - Both receivers are totally Opto isolated from one an other. - Lose one receiver for any reason, and still retain total control on all servos. No more only half an airplane with control. - One battery per receiver needed. - Dual batteries for servos. - Fiber Optic system is totally vibration proof. - Lose one Fiber Optic extension, and you don't lose the whole system, only that extension. None has ever been lost yet with over 1000 units in the field. |
