S.A.R.G. is a National Association of Rocketry Section (Section #557) dedicated to the promotion of safe and fun activities for young people of all ages through the sport and hobby of model rocketry. Our launch site is located approximately 20 miles south of Sacramento, California, in Elk Grove. All launches conform to the standards set forth in the NAR Safety Code, which, in place for almost 40 years, has allowed millions of launches without any serious injury. S.A.R.G. also supports other youth activities through education.

S.A.R.G. will present demonstration launches and/or static displays for youth groups, non-profit organizations, holidays, special events, etc. Please contact our president for more information.
