East Iowa Cadet Squadron is based out of the Emergency Management Agency Office in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
The EMA office is in the basement of City Hall off of 2^nd Avenue. We meet on every Thursday night (except major holidays) from 7 pm to 9 pm.
