This is by no means intended to be a comprehensive list. Unless otherwise noted quotes are from the New International Version (NIV)

Comfort
Proverbs 3:5 & 6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him and he will make your paths straight.
Philippians 4:6 & 7Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus
John 14:16 & 17And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Councellor to be with you forever; that is the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him, but you know him because He lives with you, and will be in you.
1 Peter 5:6 & 7Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand , that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you.

Responsibilities

James 4:8Come near to God and he will come near to you.
1 Peter 1:15 & 16.But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; for it is written "Be holy, because I am holy."
1 Peter 4:10Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in all it's various forms.
1 Corinth. 16:13 & 14Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be men of courage; be strong. Do everything in love

Mission possible
Matthew 28:19Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you
2 Corinth. 5:18 - 20All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men's sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation.

An Invitation
Rev. 3:20Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.
John 3:16For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall have eternal life.
Rev. 22:17The Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" And let him who hears say, "Come!" Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life.

No Cause But Christ

No cause but Christ,
No help but Him;
No war to wage
But self and sin.

No law but love,
No rule but right;
No good but grace,
No cause but Christ.
