Helping Your Child Learn Science.
This is a U.S. DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, OFFICE OF EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH AND IMPROVEMENT site.
There are many neat activities to try. I liked the SLIME project where
a child learns about lubricants and how it can hinder your ability to pick up gelatin cubes.

This is an excellent Periodic Table of the Elements.When you click on one element on the table, it connects you to a list of
terrific information about that element. Try it.
