Added sections on VLANS & Trunking and a Revision history. Included blank pages as bookmarks for sections to be added. Updates include:

Main page (index.htm) - changed format, added links to all sections (sections not complete are blank pages), and added a link to revision history

Internetworking (section_one_notes.htm) - Updated format to match VLANS format, which was better and more informative. Completed this sections content.

VLANS and Trunking (vlans_1.htm) - new page/section. Includes information on VLANS and trunking required for CCNA exam. included Notes, Terms, and related Cisco IOS Commands.

Removed the Assessment Exam section
