Let me start by saying that This Company is one of the most outstanding,
          industry leading companys that I've had the fortune of dealing with.
          Mr. Mike Hines was always willing to offer technical support, answer
          any and all questions I had, and when he wasn't available, he
          returned my calls/E-mails promplty.  His responses always answered
          my questions, included a diagram and didn't requre a follow up call
          on my part.  This company was also willing to offer me their "Remote Module"
          for the same price as if you purchased it with the BIC.  
          (I ordered mine 3 months later, a savings of over $4.00!)  
          Note: At the time of purchasing the BIC, this product was not offered.
          They also not only offered to E-mail me a extra set of Directions
          when I lost mine, but even Faxed & US Mailed me a complete set
          of directions!  
          After installing my BIC-75300 I had problems with the "Sense Wire"
          heating up, and the BIC was always on.  It ended up being I had
          the "diode" in backwards.  It had only taken Mike 5seconds to
          tell me what the problem was.  THANKS MIKE!!!!!  Now is that Customer
          Serivce / Tech Support or what!

          If you are looking for a Dual Battery Setup For your Application
          (Four Wheel Drive Vehicles are not their only market) than this
          company has a product for you.
