Doing the impossible and getting my batteries recharged at Jabberwocky By Nancy Connelly
Camp has been my support group because I can ask anyone at camp a question or opinion on something if I can't figure it out. I count on my month on Martha's Vineyard to recharge my batteries/spirit for another year. Camp is one out of two places other than my winter home that I can make my own choices where people wont say "no", but they say "how can I help." They don't care 'how' you do stuff as long you find a way to do it your own way. People encourage you when it looks out of your league or impossible that's why I love and call camp jabberwocky my second home. Jabberwocky also is very upbeat until we have to go home but we keep in touch and start the countdown to camp again to get us through the winter. Nancy Connelly has been going to Jabberwocky since 1991. While not recharging her batteries on Martha's Vineyard, she works as a proofreader/designer. Jabberwocky's
