Cumberland Valley Fourwheelers,Inc. is a non profit organization designed to promote safe use of public and private lands for the purpose of fourwheeling enjoyment, challenge, and family recreation. CV4W started in June of 1994 with only five members. Our club has grown to almost 30 members in four states.
