Rental Policies

· 2 night minimum on weeknight or weekend rentals

· First night’s rent due upon reservation – payment in full upon delivery of key

· Cancellations must be made within 72 hours of arrival date or first night’s rent will be forfeited

· Security deposit of $165.00 required of first-time renters

· Linens are provided – guests are expected to wash linens, dishes and lightly clean house before departure

· There is a $75.00 housekeeping fee. Up to $35.00 of this fee may be refunded based on time required of housekeeper.

· Check-in time 2:00 PM

· Check-out time 11:00 AM (these times may be flexible)

· No pets
