so what's new these days, eh?
things have changed a little bit with jeepito. the lexan fenderwells...well, i didn't care for 'em. so i put in some expanded metal. much stronger, much cooler :) i think i figured out a better way to mount the coils. this'll be the third try on the mouting setup. i was gonna do the 1/4 elliptical, but it was gonna cost money, and i didn't have any at the time. it was easier to grab some scrap steel off the shelf and make a new mount for the coils. the 350 bit the dust after some freezing weather. i'm hoping it's just a freeze plug, and i'm rather confident that it is. i'll be back to working on it when it gets warm.
new things with the willys...the crank is toast, and needs to be regound..at least that's what i think. for now, it's sitting on the side of the road, not moving at all. i bought a honda prelude for a daily driver and love it. now i don't despise driving more than 5 miles from home :)
