So after a day in Rochester, we headed out for the 4 hr drive to the adirondacks in north eastern NY state. We met up with the guys from North Country Off-Roaders (NCOR) at the state camp grounds up there. So then we set up camp.. w/ 2 full days of wheelin in the agenda. some pretty intense wheelin. first day on the trail, we hadn't been moving for more than 5 minutes when one guy w/ an old chevy pickup busted his front d-shaft... some real good wheelin, then 2nd day a mud hole and some great rock crawlin....in these first few, i took a the hard line so everyone else had to try ;)

Loco Crawlin Some Rocks
: tryin to head back up the dropoff
: perched on the easy descent
: crawlin just before i blew out my rear brakes
: another attempt to crawl up it
: posing one more time even after i lost my brakes
: almost get a feel for the size of the rocks
: deep in the woods, jeep down in some nice sized ruts we called a trail
: a shot of the rock formation

Jay's J-truck
: 39.5 boggers, chevy 350, fullsize flexin
: nice flex

Rob's Blazer on 44's (gives an ideal of the size of the rocks)
: rocks are unrelenting, but so was the driver
: that blazer just hit the mudhole if you didn't notice
: custom tubular front end, big 6" poly mount, crazy flex
: trail surgery: floor jack, highlift, jason's brute strength = straight tierod

CC crawlin some rocks
: Dave gives the rocks a try
: little more
: little more
: after the fact

Jason on the rocks

: after Matt and i coaxed jason to try it
: one of my favorite shots of jason's rig
: keep in mind Matt is over 6' tall, those some big rocks
