Just under 2 hours at 104
miles from Spokane one can find the Moses Lake Dunes ORV area. Best suited for
sand buggies, ATVs, and full size trucks with big fat tires, the dunes area is
a ton of fun.
Formerly called the Grant
County ORV area, it is near the southern part of Moses Lake. Just take exit
#174 off of I-90 and follow the signs, or follow Potatoe Hill Road (follow Division South). Primitive camping is allowed. There is great
fishing and boat landings for water sports, and plenty to do in Moses Lake. See
the map below to find your way there!
Remember, responsible ORV
users TREAD LIGHTLY and pack OUT what they pack in! Please contact the Spokane
4 Wheelers at 509-893-9209 or Spokane4Wheelers@aol.com for more. To keep these
resources available to responsible ORV users, contact your representatives and
urge them to support multiple use areas. The Spokane 4 Wheelers are members of
the Pacific Northwest 4 Wheel Drive Association, PNW4WDA.
