Off-Road Vehicle Area, 7 Mile ORV in
7 Mile ORV area was created as part of the park in 1980 when
over 600 acres of land near the Deep Creek area was set aside for ORV use. The
area has a wide variety of challenges, everything from mild trails easily
traversable in a stock 4X4, to deep sand, steep hills and rough terrain. There
are many trails through the beautiful wooded areas where all types of wildlife
can be seen from simple sparrows to wild fox and coyote, deer and others.
