The Adventure Continues:
The boys and I went to the Oke Swamp April 12-16. When we arrived at the gate we were told that a portion of the refuge was on fire and that the park was closed. No choice but to find another place to sleep for the night. Luckily, (sic), Lem Griffis Fish Camp was just down the road. What a dump! "Ya'll boys from Atlanta, huh? That'll be $26.50 for the night." Anyway, we set up camp, had a nice dinner, some beer and said nighty night to each other. The next morning while we were trying to find out whether we would be allowed in the Swamp, Leland and I paddled about 2 miles up the Suwannee River Sill. We saw Gators, Wood Ibis, Buzzards, Egrets, and a Blue Heron. When we got back to the van and were putting my canoe up, a note on the window said, "Gone to the Folkston side. Permit OK'd to go in from the Suwannee Canal Area. We got your stuff".

New! Vagabond Air Inductors (VAI)! My design enables you to have sharp, low priced, unique TSI's. Reduces engine compartment temperatures up to thirty degrees. Kit includes pre-cut, blk molded rubber material, neoprene washers and simple instructions. It's a bare bulb arrangement (no lense cover). Neoprene is used to reduce moisture between the bulb and socket. It's as visible as the higher priced TSI's with small lenses. The socket is recessed behind the VAI material and the bulb is exposed. Simply remove existing turn light modules with a phillips head screwdriver, trim the material to enable a press fit into the turn signal opening. Place the lamp socket behind the location hole you wish to use. Put the lamp through the hole into the socket and press fit the material into the turn signal opening. That's it. Requires a shear, or utility knife for the final trimming to fit. It's completely reversible!

Vagabond Windscreen

This latest modification is for the Hard Dog Hard Bar. Made from the same material as the air inductors, the windscreen is attached with velcro strapping tape.
