THE TRUTH MUST BE KNOWN
It seems that the Thug Immortal may also has another love interest: Shanikwa of Borg.
It has come to the attention of our organization that the Borg mentioned on Star Trek are REAL. Apparently they, in conjunction with the Space Heads, were planning to assimilate Black People from the ghettos of America because the Borg felt that Hip Hop would be of value to their collective. True to form, the United States government denies all knowledge of the Borg of being fact, not fiction, and claims that the Borg are merely the children of the imagination of Gene Roddenberry, Star Trek's creator, and his staff writers. We of the Children of the Thug immortal know the truth.
Shanikwa came to join the Borg during their futile attempt to assimilate South Central LA, where the Borg retreated after receiving a severe defeat. "We ain't all that, like you see on Star Trek" said Shanikwa. "True, the Borg be assimilating people, but when it came down to trying to assimilate some REAL niggaz, the Borg caught a serious beat down!" When asked about how powerful the Borg appear on television, she this to say: "That adaptation thing is for TV. Everything else is real, but we really can't change to defeat the enemy on the spot. That nigga Gene Roddenberry, after he heard all about us, threw that (quick adapting defense mechanism) in to scare the white people he know be watching the show. The Borg are really a bunch of beeiiaaches. They say resistence is futile, but once they got sprayed (by bullets) a few times they was GHOST."
So why did Shanikwa join the collective? "I joined up 'cause I ain't have sh*t else to do. My mother was trippin' 'cause I wasn't trying to go to college and stuff. My father, well, he just be trippin' all the time. Ain't nothing on the streets for a sister, so when the Borg came down and said they could use a sister in the Collective, I was like, LET'S DO THIS!"
Shanikwa has been a Borg for over three years. She was allowed to retain her earth name and memories because the Borg felt that her identity as a strong black woman strengthened the collective. "They were very hyped to get inside my head. They wanted to see what I see and feel what I feel. Some of the humanoid Borgs even tried getting their hair braided. The Borg Queen made a quick trip back to Earth so that she could try out some weed. She don't want none of the other Borg to know, but she also went to New York before the fake-ass death and tried to get with Biggie. I was living large in the Collective. I tell you, a sister was definitely in there! It wouldn't have been too long before all the Borg was living Ghetto Fabulous."
But, there was one thing that made her severe her link to the collective: 2Pac. "We came to Yilamhar in the hopes of assimilating them. But when I saw Tupac, I got homesick. I always thought he was cute and everything, and even when I was in the cube I still found ways to keep up with the Hip Hop scene here on Earth. I convinced the rest of the collective to leave me there, as a liason for assimilation, but really, it was so I could be near Tupac." Shanikwa then said she managed to meet with Tupac, and that the two have been secretly seeing each other ever since. "He was trickin' with some of those alien hoes and later on with Diana. I ain't want nothing too serious, so I didn't care who he saw on the side. As long as he made time for me." When asked if she had ever kicked it with B.I.G., she laughed. "We hooked up for a while before I kicked it with Tupac. He's okay. He need to get over his hunger thing and start kicking some rhymes out again."
Biggie Smalls neither confirmed or denied ever dating Shanikwa. His only comment was, "Yeah, I seen the sister. She remind me of Foxy Brown."
Tupac had this to say about Shanikwa: "First time I saw her, Dog, I thought it was Foxy Brown, for real, 'cause she look just like her, don't she? But then I saw that thing on her head and I realized she was some kind of robot b*tch or something, and I wasn't wit' that. Then I found out that she know my sister's cousin's baby father's girlfriend, so she was alright then, you know?! Besides that, she is PHAT! Resisting that ass is futile!"
According to Tupac, the former Princess of Wales is not trying to put a stop to his liasons with Shanikwa of Borg. "Di know the deal. She my royal thug, and she gonna always be my royal thug. But she know that when she off with them lil' alien bastards or acting like they just friends when she go out with that fake-ass Elvis clone--she know that a nigga got needs. A thug gotta do what a thug gotta do. Besides, she know can't no body hit it like Tupac!"
Lady Diana was very curt when asked about the Borg Sister. "She's nice" Di said, "I like her. Tupac and Shanikwa are good friends."
It is the opinion of this writer that Lady Di was actually upset with the situation. She was very teary eyed after the interview and asked one of the Space Head housekeepers to roll her a spliff and get her a forty after my departure. But what is she going to do about it--run off with Elvis?
By the way, the forties on Yilamhar are not half bad. They've got a "Black Hole" malt liquor that has got twice the kick of St. Ides! The Minister of Information recommends it the next time you're in that part of the galaxy.
