This is the living room from another angle, facing the entrance. We hope to put a grand piano where the chairs and bookcase are. |
This is the living room with the dining room extending off to the left of the picture. |

Well, here's the gang in front of the house. On the right, is a picture of one of the happy new owners. We have plans to give the outside a little more curb appeal. There are 3 beautiful, huge evergreens on the property. Hello Christmas lights : ') |
This is the TV room off of the kitchen. There is a nice wood stove that will keep the house very warm. We will try it for a winter to determine if we want to keep it, because we like the atmosphere of a wood burning fireplace better. The wood paneling is definitely coming down. One of the first things to do. |
What's this, your thinking. You are correct, it IS a full bathroom in the garage. The toilet and sink work, the shower is roughed in, and there is even baseboard heat installed. We need to frame and finish this room. You might ask why, and the reason is the previous owners were planning on putting a pool in the backyard and so this was to be the poolhouse restroom. We hope to do the same, maybe next spring. |
This is the kitchen. Not much to be said except needs remodeling completely. |

This is the backyard patio. To the right in the picture is a covered back porch we plan on turning into a sunroom. The house sits on about 6 tenths of an acre. The present owner has lived there since it was built 33 years ago. The house definitely needs some color and updating, but other than that, is in excellent condition. The basement is unfinished and spotless. There are 2 nice sheds in the back yard, so plenty of room for all my tools and lawn equipment. |
The upstairs was just finished off, so noone has ever used it. We are going to turn this into the Master suite. There is a bathroom and another room upstairs we plan on turning into an office and maybe a nursery if we are ever so blessed. |
