A PROJECT OF THE HISTORICAL SOCIETY
CONSTRUCTION PLAN
The following proposal is for the Home Association Board of Directors to approve the restoration of the bowling alley floor, thus allowing fundraising to begin. Construction to begin once funds have been raised. Estimated goal - April 2003.

TIMELINE -
As the funds become available.
RESTORE BOWLING ALLEY FLOORING
1. Demo existing plywood, tile, and particleboard.
2. Level lanes to same height, simmilar to ABC certification.
3. Install appropriate filler, where gutters have been removed, to allow for 3/4 "plywood and 1/8" linoleum between lanes. In other words, level tile and wood lanes like the ballroom.
4. Install vinyl flooring, patch lanes as needed and refinish.
The Historical Society shall organize all fundraising efforts for this hall restoration project.
