I am a Kindergarten teacher at Fair Plain East Elementary in Benton Harbor, Michigan. This fall will be my 8th year of teaching. I have taught 2nd grade for 2 years, 1st grade for one year and the rest have been in kindergarten. I am the only kindergarten teacher in a K-6 building. I have two half-day classes of about 25 students each. Our classes begin on August 31. I am currently teaching summer school in the mornings and preparing for the new school year in the afternoons. I am excited to get back to school.
