Gemsinger is the mother of Songdaughter and the lifemate of Coldarrow. She loves to dance and frolick, play and have fun. Her talent lies with the flute...or any other tool which makes a pleasant mucial sound. Her smile is bright and her personality bubbly.

Her daughter, the tribe's healer, was born outside of recognition.

Even as she acts like a cub most of the time, Gemsinger is a very good mother. She cares for Songdaughter with a devotion to rival that of a she-wolf and nothing could ever harm her cub if she could help it.

She had been named partly for the color of her eyes, which were a bright amber, and partly for her light, melodious voice and way with music. She has light brown hair and a perpetual half-smile, as if she knows something you don't.

Her wolf-friend is Timbergale, an ever playful male.
