PHUNTSHO'S  PERSONAL PROFILE

Born in Chang village in Thimphu (capital) on the first of January 1965.  Early education in Paro Primary school and then went to India to study in Dr. Graham's Homes (Kalimpong) from 1974-1983.  Did not go on for further studies but instead joined the business sector.  Opened my own business, Choekimo Dry cleaners in 1987 and at the same time managed Peljorkhang Handicrafts (a branch of Peljorkhang Enterprises).  Came to Japan in 1993 due to matrimonial reasons.  Currently gone back to studies and studying at Huron International University (Tokyo, Japan).  Will hopefully return to Bhutan after two or three years.
