1. Changeover day is usually Thursday or Saturday (but other possibilities will be considered- please phone).
2. The cost quoted is for accommodation only and is on a weekly basis.
3. The quoted price does not include flights, car hire nor insurance.
4. The villa will accommodate up to 8 persons and there is also a cot for a baby. All linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided and the villa is equipped for this number of people.
5. The cost of utilities (water, gas and electricity) is included in the quoted price.

 PAYMENT TERMS:
 a). A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required at the time of booking, together with a breakage/damage deposit of £200/ 300 euro. This breakage/damage deposit will be refunded 7 days after your departure from the villa, subject to any repairs/replacements that may be required- see 6d below.
 b). The balance of the total cost is to be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
 c). If the balance is not received by the due date, the Owner reserves the right to seek an alternative renter.
 d). The Renter agrees to pay the Owner for the cost of repairing or replacing (Owner’s choice) any item of property or contents at the villa which is damaged during the Renter’s occupation.
7. CANCELLATION: If the Renter cancels the booking for any reason whatsoever, he/she shall not be entitled to any refund of rental already paid. The Owner may at his discretion refund some or all of any rentals paid subject to being able to obtain a replacement booking.
8. The villa is for the use of the Renter and his/her party and shall not be sublet.
