Ever wonder about moving physical objects with your mind ?
Do you think its possible to move things just by thinking about it ? Well if you
don't, then you are wasting your time reading this because if you don't believe you
can do it then you never will. Here's a very easy and simple way to train yourself in
psychokinesis. Don't expect it to work first time, though. To some people it will work
quickly and easily, to others it will take a bit of time to master. When I say "simple and easy"
I am referring to the materials needed rather than the ability itself. We all have the
ability, its just knowing how to use it.
Materials required: Construction: (Please don't laugh at my picture, It took me about and hour to draw)
You need to now sit in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Place your
newly constructed "Umbrella thing" in front of you. Concentrate on your body for a few
minutes and relax yourself. Slow your breathing down and get it even. Now, close your
eyes for a minute and relax your mind. Open your eyes, and concentrate on the object
in front of you. Now, concentrate on making it turn. Don't expect it to start turning
straight away, you will have to practice this for a while, but if you have patience
and keep doing it for a while you will be amazed. Sceptical ? Think your breath is
making it turn ? Try putting it inside a glass jar with a lid on and repeat the exercise.
1. A square piece of paper about 10 by 10 Cm(4 by 4 Inches).
2. A needle.
3. A cork or something similar to hold the needle in.
1,2. Fold the paper diagonaly so that you have a triangle.
3. Flatten it out again.
4,5. Now Fold it diagonally accross the other corners.
6. Flatten it out again.
7. You should now have something that resembles a kind of square umbrella.
8. Press the needle into the cork.
9. Balance your "Umbrella" on the needle.
