I haven't seen this glitch anywhere, so here it is.
Activate the slow animation cheat and go to the level called Depot and get the proximity mines. At the end of the level open the train doors and throw a couple proximity mines at the guys in it. Bond will walk in and the mines will blow up,, kill ing the guys. He will shoot at the guy to the right, but he is already dead. then
