Comments: This is great stuff. The web really needs a place like this to poke fun at those tortured poems. I really liked the section on the wonderful world of teen angst. These satires remind me of something we used to compose in college--what we called Non-poe ry. It had all the semblence of turns and forms and "forlorns" of the real mccoy, but contained absolutely no discernable meaning. You should visit our site, its sort of the same vein, although we haven't yet expressed ourselves as mennipian satire.
