I had many hobbies and interests before my injury and I still do, but I'm only going to link you to a few of my favorite. One of my favorite interests is history, especially American, and especially Civil War era. I grew up and live in a area that is rich in American Civil War history, Central Maryland. Gettysburg, Antietam, South Mountain, Monocacy, Harpers Ferry, all these sites are within thirty miles of my home. Not to mention many other lesser-known sites. I think growing up so close to these sites and visiting them as a small child is partly the reason why I became so interested in their history. I began reading Civil War literature a long time ago and never stopped and still can't seem to get enough. The more I learn the more questions I find that need answers. If you love this part of our heritage as I do check out some of the sites below.
