Communication Skills
Next, is having the ability to express oneself and understanding our

of any relationship lies in the way communication is carried out. The way
we communicate with one another reflects greatly one's mental attitude
and psychological set-up. In the first area, we will examine the following
points in communication:
-
Good and bad communication
-
effective and caring communication listening skills
-
Sex and intimate communication

Handling Conflict
Lastly, having understood ourselves and building up skills and creating
the environment for positive communication, the testing ground is making
our skills help resolve conflict. Key areas to be covered in this program
will be
