Instructions and requirements to submit a poem

Ok, if you want to submit a poem, go to the form and fill it out and either cut and paste or type your poem into the poem section :) Remember to cut and paste or type it AS YOU WANT IT TO APPEAR. If your poem is chosen, it will be published AS IS. No poems offensive in nature, with excess violence or adult content will be accepted. Ok, now that we got the bad part over with, on to the form :)
