Dr. Nikolas Gvosdev currently serves as editor of The National Interest and a senior fellow for strategic studies at the Nixon Center. His blog is The Washington Realist. He is also an adjunct professor in the Government Department of Georgetown University and is associated with the Center for Eurasian, Russian and East European Studies.

From 1995 until 2000, Dr. Gvosdev served as director of the Justinian Centre.
