An organization whose aim is to provide a space for all young people with no hierarchy or special emphasis defined by ethnic or cultural identity. It struggles against the polarization and prejudice within Mostar to try to provide a space where every identity is equally valid but the qualities of the individual are taken into greater consideration. Mladi Most is working for the 'normalising' of the Mostar region, by helping young people rise above the difficult, unrealistic and threatening division of young people into ethnic groups by working towards a skilled, tolerant and unified youth culture. They have about 50 individuals who participate in their programs, with approximately equal numbers of Bosniaks and Croats. They publish Kolaps, an alternative magazine for the works of Mostar's youth and an alternative monthly newsletter.
