ONE STOP CRISIS CENTER

The center, which is situated in the Accident & Emergency (A&E) Department, was officially opened in September 1997. The coordinator of this center is the Head of Department of A&E.

This center is set up to cater to the needs of the victims of rape, child abuse (physical, sexual, emotional, sodomy, child neglect, disposing of newborns) and domestic violence (wives or husbands)

The purpose of this center is to enable a multidisciplinary management of their problems - all in one place instead of having to send them to different units.
