E-Mail Tricks
If you use Internet Explorer... ( not sure if this works with Netscape )
Go
to any web site or page ( Note
: This will not work on pages that use Frames or has java applets
in the page) click " Mail " then,
" Send Page ", This will put that web page into the body of the e-mail
you are sending. It is an exact copy of the real page. Now, click
anywhere on the text of the page ( the e-mail page) Once you see the cursor
at a line of text, you can backspace to remove that text, You can also
add text. Using this method you can change any web page. You may
also delete pictures on any web page in the e-mail version of this page
by using " Ctrt " + X ( cut ) ( place the cursor over the image
on the page and right click - choose " CUT " ( or Cntrl + X )
- the image will be removed from the page. If you replace any picture
it must be the same size to look like it should be there. Once you have edited the page to your liking, save the altered page by clicking on " File " on your e-mail tool bar and click " Save As " but make sure the file extension is .HTML, not mail. Save this file to a new Folder named Pages ( so you can find it easily ) Now all you have to do to put that altered page online is open the saved file and click on " View " and " Source" and copy all of the HTML from the source and paste it into a blank page of the advanced HTML editor, such as the one @ Yahoo / Geocities, and ~~ POOF ~~ there is your altered page.
This java script encoder will allow you to encode the addy and then replace the address in your web pages. Works with all browsers as far as I know.
