Mary Cosset (Thomas) Tillotson

Mary Cosset Thomas was Jane Minerva Tillotson's mother and wife of Leonard Tillotson. She was born at Waterbury, Connecticut about 14 August 1805 and died at Elsie, Michigan 18 January 1890 aged 84 years 5 months and 4 days (photo of memorial in family photo album). She was the daughter of Cornelius and Susannah (Cosset) Thomas of West Haven, Connecticut and Brunswick, Ohio. She came with her parents to Medina County in 1816 and married at Liverpool, Ohio, Leonard Tillotson, on 27 February 1825.

I have been unable to positively identify her father. Some sources give his name as Seth and there appear to have been both a Seth and Cornelius Thomas in Medina County. I cannot locate either in Connecticut. I would appreciate anyone who can shed light on this subject to get in touch with me.
