My Buchner family originated with Bartholomäus Buchner, who married Apolonia Fölsnerin, daughter of Ignaty Fölsner of Neufahrn, Bavaria, Germany, and Maria Riegerin of Dietersheim, Bavaria, Germany. Apolonia was born 23 February 1753 in Eching, Bavaria, Germany. However, I have no further information on Bartholomäus Buchner. The keeping of church records did not begin in Bavaria until about 1750; Bartholomäus was probably born before that date.
The Buchners were farmers.
