RELOAD FRAME:same as above, except it only reloads the selected frame

LOAD IMAGES:If you don't have the [AUTO LOAD IMAGES] option in the [OPTIONS] menu then you will have to click this every time you want to load images onto a web page (click for more info)

REFRESH:only reloads what isn't shown on the page and has been updated, not all images will be reloaded

DOCUMENT SOURCE:shows you the HTML (hypertext mark up launge)

FRAME SOURCE: alot like document source; but you see the HTML of a frame

FRAME INFO:alot like document info; but shows you the info for a frame
