Frederick ĞRicoğ Noronha (b. 1963, Brazil) is a full time
Goa-based free-lance journalist. He writes for the India Abroad News Service (IANS) and for serveral publications in Goa and the rest of India. Helps coordinating various Goa-related forums. He has a Master's degree (Goa University, 1987) in English Literature. He was awarded junior research fellowships by the Indian University Grants Commission for English Literature and Journalism. He underwent advanced training in Journalism in (West) Berlin in 1990.
