RAINBOW'S END
 

I love you with the untold depths
of my inmost soul where I have yet
to fully open and explore.
I love you with all the joy and
all the happiness of finding
that there truly is a rainbow's end
with treasure waiting, which is you.
I love you with the quiet peace
that says to me that after all
the pain and tearing, all the hurt
of years in a kind of slavery,
there is a way to love of which
I'd not yet dreamed until
the night I recognized the other
soul who now completes my own.
I love you to the heights where yet
we have to soar in raptured ecstasy
and know how far we still may go
to find the unmapped boundaries
of love that grows past all eternity.
