Our Mission is to provide opportunities for the Toastmasters of the Sacramento Area to learn the skills associated with TV operations, on both sides of the camera.  In addition, bring to the public's attention, thru the television medium, the Toastmaster Activities going on in the vicinity of Sacramento.

TIC-TOC Toastmasters are dedicated to promoting the growth of Toastmasters International and the educational  programs that Toastmasters provides to enhance public speaking skills in those individuals that want to improve their communication ability. Our desire is to publicise The Toastmaster Youth Leadership programs and the leaders who provide leadership training and public speaking opportunities to prepare the youth of today for the opportunities of tomorrow and make the public aware of the opportunities available through Toastmasters.
