Everything will be rated as follows:
One Moon - Poor in terms of knowledge and/or use of Wicca
Two Moons - Fair in terms of knowledge and/or use of Wicca
Three Moons - Good in terms of knowledge and/or use of Wicca
Four Moons - Excellent in terms of knowledge and/or use of Wicca
We also have a half-moon 
that we will use if we cannot decide completely on one of the above four descriptions.
