Jesus the Christ, the Messaiah of the old testament, died the death we ought to have died. He did this so that we should be able to live, live with Him for all days to come. Here, when earth is recreated to once again be the paradise it first was. And we will live with God.
We cant earn life. There is nothing we can do to work ourselves into Gods family. Only through Jesus Christ can we be saved. By faith in His name and by following Him, we can be saved. And for even this we need His power, power that He will give to anyone who asks for it. Saved to a life without death, missery, pollution and other things that scourge our life today. The world will be recreated as it first was, so that God once again can find it very good. And we will be there forever with our Lord Jesus Christ.
