Forget about ENVIROTEC The stove seems to be ok, but the two times I have needed parts, the manufacturer has completely Ignored me. The one part I did get after Faxing and Calling the dealer repeatedly took two months.. The second part I need, I will have to make my self. REPEATED requests to the manufacturer have not even generated a reply.. What the hell... they sold a stove... and now they don't give a "Rats Ass" if it keeps working because "They Have The Money" DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCT, IF IT EVER STOPS WORKING, THEIR ATTITUDE IS TOUGH LUCK.. I bought a Strada L-200 on July 1996 and its transmission shift lever range is said to be worn out. Its kilometer reading is 116210 KM . How can this happen. They now want to buy a brand new transmission box that costs a fortune. Thats a Rip off. I do not mind if it the usual things can be worn out (axle bearing, etc) but the transmission gears to be worn out in a short time seems that there is somthing wrong in the first place and should conduct investigations on this. It could be life threatening if they ignore this. Especially if the vehicle stalls due to this problem when the vehicle is moving at a 60 -80 kph. Thanks Alice Lazaga |
