Regional Latin Forum was held this year at Titusville High School on February 6, 1999.  Satellite, of course, took first place for the tenth year in a row, once again displaying our dominance in the Latin.  Satellite and DeLaura together took 85 students, which was more than double the next largest delegation.  We competed against 11 other schools(Eau Gallie, Melbourne, Palm Bay, Westwood, Holy Trinity, Melbourne Central Catholic, Westshore, Rockledge, DeLaura, Okeechobee, and Titusville) from three counties.
