ROOTS opened in 1994. It is a small and local family business, selling pure vegetarian and organic produce.
Our aims are to:-
- Promote vegetarian and organic diets.
- Buy ethical and fairly traded products.
- Buy from ethical and local producers and co-operatives.
- Campaign on food issues, i.e., GM food stuffs, animal welfare, etc.
