    Resolutions
    Resolution One:
    That we combine as agreed the adoption of the Students Against Cutbacks Manifesto as STORM's principles and guide for direction.

    Resolution Two:
    That we retain STORM's original principles with their emphasis on non-hierarchical structure and democratic decision-making as the basis for the movement's organization, including discussed changes to STORM's organizational structure.

    This conference gave STORM its current Statement of Principles and Procedures.
