The "Unification Principle" is the basis for the formulation of the following seven principles to realizing true and lasting peace in our world. The Unification Principle is a revelation from God for the era of the new millennium of human history. It embodies the vision, content and power to unite the races, religions and cultures of our world, and lead humankind forward to becoming "one true family under God." The seven points are thus:

1. God is the Parent of all humanity

2. Humankind is one family under God

3. We are to live for the sake of others by practicing true love

4. We are to love our enemies - the key to reconciliation

5. We should pursue peace transcending race, religion, nationality and culture

6. We should embrace the spiritual and physical realms of life. We are spiritual beings by nature. Politics and military approaches alone cannot bring true peace.

7. World peace begins within myself, then my family, society, nation and world.
